Promoting a JamesRAy Show

Promoting the performance of JamesRAy is as important as letting your clientele know that you are open for business. People need to know that JamesRAy is performing at your establishment and when. It is essential that the public have adequate notice of JamesRAy's appearance by at least a week in order to allow them to make plans and let their friends know when and where they can go to see JamesRAy's show.

It is recommended that the talent buyer publicise JamesRAy's performance as an EVENT (not just another gig): in the local new papers, trades, web sites, well distributed flyers, radio, at the venue, by word of mouth and any other creative ways conceivable. The better the promotion, the better the turn out, the better the performance, and the better chance that everyone will have a wonderful experience.
